For Mens:
We carry sizes 8-12 and a limited number of sizes 14-15.
For Womens:
We carry sizes 5.5-8.5.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is always FREE to any country we ship to with no exceptions.
- How long will it take before I receive my order?
Processing takes 2-4 business days and delivery takes up to 10 business days. In total that is up to 14 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination.
Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 7 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your shoes to you as fast as possible.
Please note, we are unable to send express shipping or 'speed' up your order in anyway.
- When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. Please be patient.
- How are shoes packaged?
We make sure that all shoes we ship from our warehouse are well packaged and in its original box. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.
- There is a problem with the shoes I have received, what should I do?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you would like to return your shoes and receive a refund please login to your account and fill out a Return Request (RMA). Once we receive your return request we will provide you with further instructions. If you do not include your RMA number we may not be able to accept the parcel or issue a refund. More over, we only accept returns from United States Postal Service (USPS). If you use another courier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL etc) we may not be able to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.
- I made a mistake with my order what should I do?
If you just placed the order and we haven't processed it yet, please contact us as soon as you can with the changes required and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
However if the shoes have already been processed and shipped, we can not make changes to the order. Please wait untill you receive your shoes, then login to your account and fill out a Return Request. You can find the Return Request form by logging into your account, beside your order there is a "Return" button. Fill out the form on the following page.
- How come I haven't received my refund yet?
We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account.
If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa & Master Card transactions are processed Monday through Friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, your issuing bank must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer than 7 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.

- How do I know what size to order?
All shoes we carry are true to size. Meaning if you wear a size 10, our products are no different in size than the ones you would buy at the store.
Note: All of our shoes are in US Sizes.
- What currency do you accept?
All of our prices are in US dollars.
- Why are your prices so low?
We strive to keep our customers happy and with cash. So our prices are the lowest in the market.
- Do you do wholesale?
Purchases of ten merchandises or more qualify under our wholesale program and pricing. This price list can be requested by forwarding an email to support@sneakerspro.com
For wholesale purchases, we only accept payments through bank wire transfer or western union.
